In this blog, I will tell you how to hide buttons in the tooltip. Disabling tooltip command buttons secures sensitive information or disallows the user to exclude the data.
During one of my projects during project week, the client requested a dashboard for giving general information about their organization to the public. However, they didn’t want users to see their sensitive information. Therefore, we need to disable the tooltip command buttons to secure sensitive information and keep the information at an aggregate level.
2 Steps to disable command buttons in the tooltip
Step 1: Go to Tooltip button in the Marks pane
Step 2: Untick the “Include command buttons” check box
