MIP Training Cancellation Policy

All training is prepaid.

• Greater 2 business days – you can reschedule free of charge
• Less than 2 full business days (48 hours) – 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours notice – 100% charge

If any Training event requires off site booking such as Accommodation, Travel, use of external training rooms, any non-refundable costs will be payable upon cancellation.
