Dashboard week – Day 4 BOS: 311 Non-Emergency Cases in Boston

Finally, we get to the final day of Dashboard week! Today we are given data from BOS: 311, which is an agency to handle non-emergency cases. The data is clean, I used data from 2011 to 2020 and input them into Alteryx and I got the year from the file name. Here is my workflow in Alteyx:

Then I built a dashboard to explore the reasons for the cases and the number of cases in each year. Also, I showed the open and closed cases each year to see the effectiveness of handling different types of cases.
